During 1:1 or group sessions, mentors may
1. provide opportunities for students to conduct corporate site visits
2. teach a topic or new skills in their field of expertise
3. support and guide students during hands-on and minds-on workshops
4. share their knowledge, skills and valuable insights on their education, experiences and career paths
5. answer students' questions
