1. Communication Ambassador [Volunteer] [Closed]

 Mentorversity is a 501c(3) non profit organization. The mission of Mentorversity is to grow the next generation of leaders by encouraging, inspiring and empowering students to discover their interests and meaningful career paths through professional mentorship opportunities. 


Mentorversity is looking for a volunteer Communication Ambassador, responsible for

  • Maintaining social media profiles and online social presence
  • Assisting in developing strategies to increase exposure and growth in social presence and social activities.
  • Managing email campaigns including defining the message and scheduling deliveries.


Requirements:

  • Emory or Oxford students
  • Familiar with social media platform: FaceBook, Youtube, LinkedInEmory platform etc
  • Team player with good attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills
  • Good project management skills, detail orientation and problem solving 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google docs, slides


Work locations

  • Remote or at Emory/Atlanta during school years

2. Student Ambassador [Volunteer] [Closed]

 Mentorversity is a 501c(3) non profit organization. The mission of Mentorversity is to grow the next generation of leaders by encouraging, inspiring and empowering students to discover their interests and meaningful career paths through professional mentorship opportunities. 

Mentorversity is looking for a volunteer Student Ambassador to help engage students on campus to participate in Mentoversity events and activities.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategies to increase exposure and growth of Mentroversity on campus
  • Promote Mentorversity to Emory/Oxford students
  • Assist in creating advertising material (e.g. brochures, emails, newsletters)
  • Assist in email campaigns defining the message
  • Create new and optimize existing student recruitment materials that articulate the benefits of participating Mentorversity’s mentor program


Requirements

  • Emory or Oxford students 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with good attitude
  • Networking skills


Work locations

  • Remote or at Emory/Atlanta during school years

3. Marketing Manager [Volunteer or paid] [Closed]

Mentorversity is a 501c(3) non profit organization. The mission of Mentorversity is to grow the next generation of leaders by encouraging, inspiring and empowering students to discover their interests and meaningful career paths through  professional mentorship opportunities. 

Mentorversity is looking for a Marketing Manager to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities. For this role, you should understand the marketing concept and be familiar with ways to identify market interests and customers’ needs. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks and records
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase exposure and growth in social presence and social activities
  • Create advertising material (e.g. brochures, emails and newsletters)
  • Manage email campaigns including defining messages and scheduling deliveries
  • Create new and optimize existing student recruitment materials that articulate the benefits of participating Mentorversity’s mentor program


Requirements

  • Emory or Oxford students
  • Current pursuing marketing degree or related fields
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques
  • Computer skills, including MS Excel, Google docs and slides
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with good attitude


Work locations

  • Remote or at Emory during school years
