Mentorversity, Inc. is a student-centered 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, founded by two brothers: then high school junior Winston Tsai and college senior Patrick Tsai. Operated by students for students, we provide FREE professional mentorship accessible to all students of all backgrounds and abilities. Through professional mentorship
Mentorversity, Inc. is a student-centered 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, founded by two brothers: then high school junior Winston Tsai and college senior Patrick Tsai. Operated by students for students, we provide FREE professional mentorship accessible to all students of all backgrounds and abilities. Through professional mentorship and exposure to real world work environments, we empower students to discover their interests and path toward meaningful careers. Our students also join their mentors to practice leadership and community outreach to advance learning and community improvement.
Mentorversity prepares our young generation to be future leaders with a growing sense of purpose and citizenship.

Having benefitted from professional mentors who transformed their lives, the Tsai brothers began to informally CONNECT their classmates with their parents’ friends in 2018. Witnessing these relationships created transformative experiences for both mentors and mentees at both a professional and a personal level, the brothers founded Mentor
Having benefitted from professional mentors who transformed their lives, the Tsai brothers began to informally CONNECT their classmates with their parents’ friends in 2018. Witnessing these relationships created transformative experiences for both mentors and mentees at both a professional and a personal level, the brothers founded Mentorversity in 2019 to formally extend practical mentorship to other students in their high school and college. In March, they added corporate visits and networking events to the program. They also created the DISCOVER program, offering field trips and hands-on and minds-on workshops in real world work environments. Three months later, they introduced a community outreach program, ENGAGE, that offers youth events. As teleconferencing grows during COVID, they expand their service from California to Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas and other states
